Marital Disputes
Not every marital dispute has to end in divorce. For example, MH Mediation can assist couples in resolving issues even when no divorce is anticipated, or in negotiating a mid-nuptial or post-nuptial agreement. A post-nuptial agreement can be used to resolve a single issue — like ultimate ownership of something purchased by one party with an inheritance—or can be used to avoid the possibility of a conflict if the couple were to separate in the future. A neutral trained mediator can assist parties in getting clear about their respective issues, the alternatives, and finding solutions that satisfy both parties’ concerns.
